Basic Instant Pot Chicken

Let's get that Instant Pot out of your Closet and on to your Counter!  I hear from a lot of people that they're not sure how to use their Instant pot.  Well, here you go!

A basic Chicken recipe can be used for so many different meals.  Change it up with Italian seasoning for zoodles, Mexican seasoning for enchiladas, or basic seasoning for chicken salad!

Simple Keto Granola

Eggs are great.  You can make them scrambled, omelets, over easy, deviled...but sometimes you just want something else!  

We've been looking for a good Granola recipe, but they all had too many ingredients, seemed a little daunting, or just didn't seem perfect.

Keto Boss Babe decided to just go for it!  She pulled out a bunch of her favorite nuts and seeds, and this is the awesome creation she had me make!

Parmesan Cheese Crisps!

Looking for a super simple crispy snack?  You'll absolutely love these parmesan cheese crisps!

They're perfect to eat plane or use as a dip (pizza dip, spinach artichoke etc...).

Mix up the spices to make a chip you'll love, or add in some different cheeses.  No matter what you do, you'll find a combination you love!

Stovetop Lasagna

This is one of our favorite Italian dishes!  Sometimes we like to skip the zoodles and all the slicing and dicing that can come with it and just make this simple Lasagna instead. 

My kids like casseroles.  The cheese, spices, protein and veggies...yum!  This tastes like a broccoli cheese soup baked in a dish!

I love casseroles too.  I can make it during the day before the kids get home from school and then just pop it in the oven!  Comes out of the oven fresh at dinner and makes perfect leftovers for lunch the next day!

The Keto Dad's Famous Pizza

Before our Keto Lifestyle we used to have Pizza and Wine Friday.  Now that we're on the Keto Lifestyle... we can still have Pizza and Wine Friday!
