Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs
Hunting for an easy, delicious Keto treat or a dessert to bring to a party? Look no further! These Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs are Keto, quick, and taste amazing.
This recipe makes 20 mini muffin sized Cheesecakes.
1/4 C Butter, softened
1/4 C Cacao Powder
6oz Cream Cheese
1/4 C Nut Butter (we used almond butter)
2 T Swerve
1-2 Dropper Liquid Stevia (or another 1 T Swerve)
4 T Unsweetened Coconut (optional)
1/4 C Chocolate Chips (we use Lily's)
Blend all ingredients together. You can either blend the chocolate chips in or place them on top! Refrigerate for 2+ hours. They can be stored in the fridge if you want them soft, or the freezer for longer!
Serves: Makes 24 mini muffins, serving size: 1
