Recipe:
• 2lbs Chicken
• 1 Large Tomato
• 8oz Fresh Mozzarella Ball
• Pesto
• Optional: Italian Seasoning
Instructions
1. Slice the Chicken every 1-2 inches
2. Top the chicken with Pesto
3. Stuff the sliced chicken with sliced tomato and Mozzarella
4. Top with Additional Pesto or Italian seasoning.
6. Bake:
Air Fry at 375 for 15-20 min
Bake at 375 for 30-35 min
*Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
