Keto Lupini Oatmeal

Keto Oatmeal can be made many different ways - but we are loving using Lupini Flakes! This recipe is super simple and can be made dairy free, egg free or nut free! Just warm up a few ingredients on the stovetop and you’re ready to go!

Recipe:
1 Cup Coconut/Almond Milk
3/4 Cup Lupini Flakes
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Keto Syrup (We love So Nourished)

Mix at a medium to low temperature for 5 minutes and serve!

Optional: Top with Monk Fruit Golden Sweetener

Makes 2 Servings
Macros: Calories: 162, Fat: 7, Carbs: 20g, Fiber: 18g (Net Carbs 2), Protein: 18g

The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:

  • Great higher- protein breakfast. Perfect to break a fast after a workout!

  • Make this in advance- just add more coconut/almond milk if it gets too thick

  • If you don’t have syrup, just add a Tablespoon of keto sweetener (we love the Monkfruit Golden)
