2 Zucchinis, Spiralized
1 C Cherry Tomatoes
2 T Fresh Basil
1 C Mozzarella Balls
3 T Balsamic Vinegar
2 T Olive Oil
Pinch Salt, Dash Pepper
Spiralize the zucchini, add in the cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper!
Refrigerate for 2+ hours
