Keto Ham, Cheese and Broccoli Casserole
Filled with flavor! I'm not a fan of bland casseroles, but mix together some veggies, ham and delicious spices...and you've got a tasty, low cost dinner that will easily serve a family!
The Midwest is known for casseroles (or Hot Dish) and this one really hits the mark! Make it ahead and then cook it just before dinner. You'll love it!
Here are the Kitchen Items You'll Need:
- 8x8 pan
- Pot to blanch veggies
Here are the Ingredients You'll Need:
- Colby Jack Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Spices: Onion Powder, Basil, Garlic salt, Thyme, Paprika
The Keto Dad Tips and Tricks:
- For the cream, you can usually interchange mayo, sour cream, greek yogurt or cream cheese! Just keep in mind the changes in carbs.
- You can sub any meat!
- Make extras - you'll want leftovers!
1 1/2 C Colby Jack Cheese
2 C Chopped Ham
3/4 C Mayo
3/4 C Sour Cream
1/2 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1/8 t Thyme
1/8 t Paprika
Blanch the veggies. Mix all but about 1/2 C cheese together. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 35-45 min. Let cool.
